Top notch customer service! I used Lopshire awhile back for sympathy flowers and a throw. The flowers unfortunately didn't make it to the funeral home with the throw but they went above and beyond, delivering them the next day to the recipients home and gave me a $40 gift certificate for the inconvenience.
